Payment & Deposit are required 7 days prior to date of event.
Deposit is based on a percentage of item value requested and due at time of reservation.
Deposit is refunded in full upon receipt of non damaged inventory, and forfeited by client if items are not returned.
Damaged items and items not packed as requested within scheduled pickup window will be deducted from deposit by percentage.

GR DINNER CAR brings your rental items directly to your event site ready to utilize! Schedule your delivery date and pickup specifications at time of payment & confirmation.
We do ask for a $15 transportation fee per 5 miles outside of the Greater Grand Rapids area.
Our focus is toward heightened event options for dining parties of 50 or less, industry prep essentials for home or small businesses, and catering service equipment.
With over 16 years of experience in bar, culinary & catering industries we understand the importance in setting a perfect table, and in having the right tools to create with less stress!
